Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, with no wear on the sole, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Note for footwear: We suggest trying on your trainers on a clean surface (such as a carpet) to ensure the correct fit without marking the sole.
Size Exchanges: We understand that fit is crucial for runners. If the size is not quite right, we are happy to process an exchange. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our distribution centre, and we will cover the shipping costs for your new pair.
2-Year Warranty: We offer an exclusive 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects (e.g., sole detachment, stitching failure, issues with the carbon plate). This warranty does not cover natural wear and tear from continuous use during training or races (e.g., foam compression, outsole rubber wear).
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@[yourdomain].co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
